Delivery policies - International

Our primary carrier:
United Parcel Service （UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT ）

Please bear in mind that 7 days is the estimated delivery time only and we cannot be responsible for delay due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. International delivery time may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Eastern and other holiday periods. Although wealthparden co. cannot guarantee delivery time, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive your payment.

* Duties

If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to wealthparden Co., you will be responsible for the returned shipping charge and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will be refunded to you.

* Damage
We will check all packages before they are send out very carefully. Because we can not control the shipping company so we are not responsible for any damage during shipping.

Shipping policies

If watches, underwears we have enough in stock, shipping time is in 1 or 2 days after receipt of your payment.All wholesaled products minimum quantities are five pieces. Otherwise:

a. The order 2000-10000/pairs orders need 2 or 3 weeks for production.

b. The order 1000-2000/pairs orders need about half of month for production.

c. The order 300-1000/pairs orders need the 8-12days for production.

-We can arrange the transportation and shipment for customers.
